Step 1: Create an account

Self-Sponsored

  1. Select the course and date

  2. Click on the  REGISTER NOW 

  3. On the LOGIN PAGE, enter your login details. If you don't have an account, click on "Sign Up"

  4. Click on Individual

  5. Complete the form and submit

  6. You can now login with your username and password

Check Your Course And Dates

  1. Login with your username and password. If you can't remember, use the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" links for help

  2. The course and date you have selected will appear at the top. You may make changes or proceed.

Step 3: YOUR PARTICULARS

Complete Personal Particulars

  1. Complete ALL FIELDS on ALL TABS. 

  2. Do not leave any blanks as this may affect your eligibility for funding or Skills Future Credit. 

  3. When you reach the bottom, tick the check box.

  4. Then, click  NEXT

Step 4: OTHER TABS

Complete ALL FIELDS

  1. Complete all fields on the "Academic Qualifications" and "Current Employment Details" tabs

  2. Information Required tab - your acknowledgements are required. 

  3. Upload Admission Documents tab - prerequisite documents required for admission are to be uploaded here

  4. Then, click  Save and Proceed

Step 5: complete registration

Summary Page

  1. At the Summary Page, review your Registration Summary

  2. Scroll down to review the amount payable

  3. Make sure you tick both check boxes and click  Submit  

  4. When the pop up box appears, take down your Registration No or save a screenshot before you click  CLOSE 

  5. When the Online Payment page loads, scroll down to view your payment options

  6. Payment modes accepted include Credit Card, eNETS or PAYNOW

  7. You may also utilise Skills Future Credits for payment for approved courses.

  8. You will find the  Utilize SFC  button in the table. Click and proceed to login with your SingPass. Follow the instructions to use your Skills Future Credit for payment. 

  9. After using your SFC, you will be redirected to our website again to pay for any shortfall and for GST.

Step 6: CHECK YOUR EMAIL

Emails Notification

  1. Emails on account and course registrations will be sent via noreply@firstaidtraining.com.sg

  2. Emails for eLearning will be sent via noreply@learnworlds.com

What to look out for

  1. Subject: Online Application Received/ Rejected
    This acknowledges that your course application and provides you some details and proof of application.

  2. Subject: Online Portal Account
    This contains information regarding your Student Portal login. You MUST login to the Student Portal to access to your eLearning. This email contains the link and instructions you need.

Step 7: elearning

Activate Your ZBL Account

  1. Login in to your Student Portal with your username and password (if you missed this, please go back to Step 6)

  2. Click on eLearning to activate your course and account on ZBL
    (ZeroBarrierLearning.com)

  3. Start learning! 

  4. Always access your course via your Student Portal. 

NOTE: eLearning account activations are done at 12am the following day.

  5. Complete the form and submit

  6. Your account will require verification before you can start registering for courses

  7. Our team will contact you as soon as we can upon receiving your request and provide you with further instructions.

Step 2: CHECK YOUR EMAIL

Emails Notification

  1. Once your company has registered you as a participant, you will receive a notification email from us.

  2. Emails on elearning access will be sent via noreply@learnworlds.com

FIRST EMAIL TO LOOK OUT FOR

  1. Subject: E-learning Details from Singapore First Aid Training Centre

  2. Follow the link and instructions in this email to go to ZBL (ZeroBarrierLearning.com)

  3. IMPORTANT! ONCE ON ZBL, DO THIS FIRST.

  4. Click on the   Sign In   button at the  top right of the page.

  5. Click on "Forgot Your Password?"

  6. Enter your email and     OK    

  7. Look out for another email from noreply@learnworlds.com

SECOND EMAIL TO LOOK OUT FOR

  1. Subject: Reset Password for eLearning Account

  2. Click on the reset link in this email. You will be directed to ZBL. 

  3. Enter in your new password and confirm it again. Then click    OK   

  4. A confirmation message will appear. Click    OK   

  5. You are now ready to login on ZBL with your email and new password!
