How complete e-learning after course has ended

*IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE*

  • Certificate will not be available if you have any incomplete e-learning modules

  • Look out for the email with the Subject “Welcome to Singapore First Aid Training Centre Pte. Ltd. / E learning Details”. This email contains the login details to our client portal where you can access your e-learning materials.

STEP 2

You will be greeted by this page

  • Enter your registered email address (the email that you’ve provided to us at registration)
     

  • Enter the given password (located in the Welcome Email)

    i. Default password is your birth date in the format of DDMMYYYY
    ii. If you did not provide your birth date to us, then utilize 01011990 as the password
    iii. If you are still unable to log in, click on "Forget Password" --> enter your registered email address and click on "Send Password". You will receive an email with your password.
     

  • Click on the blue “Sign In” button

STEP 3

You will be greeted by the “Dashboard” page

STEP 4

Click on ‘Total Course Attend’

STEP 5

Click on the course you have signed up for and click on “Progress”​

  • If you are on your mobile, click on the “Green Plus Button” to expand the panel

  • Afterwards, click on the course name

STEP 6

After loading the next page, click on the blue “Progress” button

STEP 7

After loading the next page, click on your course name/title E learning header. It should be inbetween “Course” and “Progress”

STEP 8

After loading the next page, click on the blue “Start Learning” button

STEP 9

You may continue the e-learning here.

  • Do ensure to click on the green “Complete & Continue” button after it becomes available.

  • The green “Complete & Continue” button will become available to click after you have finished the video and completed the Minimum Learning Time stated
