Recognised by Singapore Sports Council to conduct Standard First Aid Course for coaches

2005

Approved by Ministry of Manpower as an Accredited Training Provider (ATP) for the Occupational First Aid and Occupational First Aid Refresher Courses

2006

Became the first non-hospital affiliated training centre to be accredited by National Resuscitation Council to conduct the Basic Cardiac Life Support Course and Automated External Defibrillator Course

​

2007

Became the first American Heart Association (AHA) International Training Centre (ITC) in Singapore and Malaysia approved to conduct Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course and Heartsaver Courses.
 

Appointed as the training provider for Singapore Police Force for Heartsaver CPR and Automated External Defibrillator Provider Course

2008

First appearance and feature on Mediacorp Suria on the S.M.L. Sihat show, a health show hosted by Aaron Aziz

​

Partnered with ABB Marine to conduct Heartsaver CPR AED for HV10 Course Participants

​

2009

Collaboration with Adventist Home for the Elderly to launch the first public access defibrillator at the void deck of the HDB estate and train CPR+AED volunteer providers

Became the first non-healthcare establishment and 2nd training centre to be accredited by the National Resuscitation Council for the CPR+AED Instructor Course

Published the My True Hero: Real First Aid for the Real World book, the first fully illustrated first aid book published locally

Released the very first ever CPR iPhone application in Singapore - the My True Hero First Aid Device - an app which provides realtime coaching during a cardiac arrest situation

Premiere launch of signature program - My True Hero: Emergency Crisis Management 101 – the first ever program of its kind to help participants learn how to deal with intense emergency situations effectively

The first non-healthcare establishment appointed to conduct the Heartsaver First Aid Course for the entire Singapore Police Force â€‹

2010

Collaborated with SimplyHer Magazine to conduct the first ever first aid workshop for SimplyHer readers.

Set the first record in the Singapore Book of Records for the “Most number of people performing CPR at the same time”.

Collaborated with the Adventist Home for the Elderly to launch the second public access defibrillator in Toa Payoh East estate.

Featured on Primetime Morning Singapore on Channel News Asia to share and demonstrate basic first aid measures

2011

First international collaboration with Tropicana Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur, conducting a Public Forum themed “Cardiac Emergencies”

Launched the Workplace First Aid Ready Award that recognises workplaces’ commitment to ensuring a “first aid ready” environment.

Became the first non-healthcare establishment and 3rd training centre to be accredited by the National Resuscitation Council Singapore to conduct the Basic Cardiac Life Support Instructor Course.

Introduced the Advanced Speed Learning System training methodology into all courses

Launched the Intravenous Therapy Course using guidelines provided directly by the Infusion Nurses Society

Hosted and ran the very first Workplace Safety and Health Seminar at the DBS Auditorium.

Accredited by the Ministry of Manpower as a bizSAFE Service Provider for the bizSAFE Level 2 Risk Management Course

Became the first non-healthcare establishment and 3rd training centre to be accredited by the National Resuscitation Council Singapore to conduct Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course

Approved by the Maritime Port Authority (MPA) to conduct Onboard Ship First Aid and Medical Courses for Seafarers (STCW 95)

SFATCMedSkills brand launched to specialise in training for healthcare professionals

Research and development of the One Heart Manikin leading to the production of the first ever prototype

2013

Forged strategic partnership with First Ambulance Service, the largest ambulance service provider in Klang Valley 

 

Launched International First Aid Training Centre office in KL conducting AHA Courses and DOSH Occupational First Aid Course.

 

Began process for patent applications for One Heart Manikin

Became the first official International Trauma Life Support Training (ITLS) Centre in Singapore and Malaysia authorised to conduct ITLS basic and advanced courses.

2015

Launched "SFATC eLearn Online" brand and proceeded to develop the first run of blended and eLearning programs

Launched First Enterprise System - a completely built from scratch, customised ERP system to completely streamline work processes efficiently

Pioneer batch of centres approved by the National First Aid Council for the Standard First Aid with AED program for Singapore Sports Council Coaches

Began the development of new content for eLearning first aid

First patent for One Heart Manikin in Japan approved

2016

Completed the development of eLearning theory content for all first aid courses

Incorporated PowerVote paperless theory assessment system to be used with all classes

Began expansion of training into other areas such Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia

Patent for One Heart Manikin approved in Singapore

Began the development of our paperless attendance and testing ERP system

2018

Successfully migrated all courses from National Resuscitation Council to the new Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council

Incorporated the use of paperless attendance and testing ERP system with all classes

​

First "first aid" training institution in Singapore to launch a range of first aid eLearning and blended courses  

​

Obtained ISO 29990:2010 certification as a learning service provider

​

2019

Forged alliance with CREDO Limited, South Korea for CPR Band, a real time CPR feedback device to be used for training and real-time CPR

​

Acquisition of large number of CPR manikins to be used for skill reporting in all CPR courses aligned with SRFAC latest requirements

​

2020

Launch of COVID-19 Basic Course and COVID-19 Ready Certification Program covering personal protection as well as business continuity, achieving over 15,000 participants in less than 2 months

​

Production of the COVID-19 Ready Certification Program into 5 different languages namely English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil and Hindi

​

Development and launch of 4 original, signature eLearning courses which include the Management of First Aid Expandable Logistics (First Aid Kit Certification Course)
