The Mentor Panel comprises of 3 highly experienced individuals from the medical and training field. The role of the Mentor Panel is to guide new and experienced trainers to achieve their training goals. Instead of using the regular mentor style, our Mentor Panel uses the "coaching" approach, which stretches our trainers to achieve beyond their own personal limits. Armed with tact, powerful communications and a great deal of patience, the Panel has successfully groomed our strongman team of 10 trainers.
