Certificate / Card Replacement PDF Print E-mail

Replacement cards and certificates can ONLY be ordered by individuals who have completed Singapore First Aid Training Centre's courses.

Singapore First Aid Training Centre will NOT refund replacement card / cert orders from individuals who have not taken a course Singapore First Aid Training Centre. Remember, a replacement card / cert cannot be ordered if you have never received a certification card / cert from us.

Kindly include your contact details during the payment process so that we can better facilitate your order.

Each card / cert is $30 (before GST)
