It is with great pride for us to announce that on Sunday, 7th August 2011 a life was saved by a member of our SFATC Team.
Edwin was playing soccer when he saw a commotion on another pitch. He approached and saw a man lying face down – discovered he was in cardiac arrest. Edwin quickly began CPR and when the ambulance arrived, they delivered a shock. The resuscitation was continued till hospital and later on the ambulance crew reported that the person was revived in the A&E.
This is a pure validation of what we do and what we preach every single day. CPR saves lives. It’s sweeter when it comes from someone from our team. Great work Edwin for thinking fast and acting fast! I’m very proud of you. If not for your actions, that person may not have survived. You are blessed!
Big WIN!!!!!
