Heartsaver CPR
Course
 Introduction
An internationally recognised certification at its best.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is a simple technique that can help
sustain blood circulation and breathing in a cardiac arrest victim and
significantly increase the chances of survival.
The
Heartsaver CPR Course equips participants with the
skills to perform correct and effective CPR and rescuing the choking
adult victim.
Successful
candidates will receive a 2 year certification from the American Heart Association. This certification
is also recognised by the Singapore
Sports Council as a pre-requisite to exercise courses such
as the Basic Exercise Course, Aerobic Instructor Course and Fitness
Instructor Course.
